My family and I take natural supplements every day and we swear by them. Taking natural supplements doesn't have to be a chore: it can be fun. For example, a square of dark chocolate every day has wonderful health giving properties and eating fruits and vegetables every day can also help. Blueberries, for example, are one of the best snack foods available. Dipping strawberries in dark chocolate is so delicious and it is a good way to get lots of vitamins and minerals daily and treating yourself to delicious flavors. When the fresh fruits and vegetables are not in season, turning to natural supplements from websites or health food stores is a good way to get all the vitamins and minerals the body needs on a daily basis. When fresh fruit and vegetables are in season, we eat lots of them. The rest of the year we take natural supplements to ensure our health and do our best to prevent diseases down the road. Fortunately, chocolate is always in season at our house, and the darker, the better. |
