body lotionNow that Spring is in full-force, I'm ready to stock up on my summer body lotion.  I use different lotions for different seasons, in the winter I use extra moisturizing and in the summer I use lotion with sunscreen.  I like to use body lotion that has sunscreen in it as opposed to a sunblock lotion because it is lighter and less greasy.  It gives great protection without feeling heavy and oily.  I live in Florida where it is hot from spring to winter, and have to protect my skin from the hot sun.  I like spending time outside but am wary of getting sun damage that causes premature aging, skin cancers and dark spots.  Using body lotion that has sunscreen in it gives me the freedom to be able to spend time outside and not worry about UV rays burning my skin.  Since it starts getting super hot in the spring and the sun shines most of the day, I am buying my lotion with sunscreen now to start using it throughout the rest of spring, summer and fall.
